Let me invite you to the 7th year of our summer hockey school HOCKEY BUNNIES , which will be held at the ice rink in Benesov in 2024 under the name

DM HIGH LEVEL SKILLS CAMP

In 2024, our hockey camp will be hosted by the town of Benešov near Prague. We are starting the seventh year of our camps in the Czech Republic.

A varied and effective program that kids will follow, head professional coaches who will take perfect care of your players throughout the camp and lots of training, fun and friendship.

This is the main goal of our summer hockey school in Benesov.

There are many paths to success, and our DM HIGH LEVEL SKILLS CAMP 2023 will be full of great coaches from the Czech Republic.

can certainly point you in a direction that can help your players advance in their careers. Our experts won't tell you that their perspective

is the only correct one, but they will try to give you the best of their own knowledge and experience that they have gained so far in their playing and coaching careers.

This year we have prepared a lot of fun, hard training and compensatory exercises, mental coaching for groups and individuals at our summer hockey school. There will be a daily recovery in the pool and lots of fun, as every year

29.6. - 3.7.2024 ( 5 TRAINING DAYS)

4.7. - 8.7.2024 (5 TRAINING DAYS)

Accommodation : Hotel Zimní stadion Benešov, or S-Centrum Benešov - mszbenesov

Meals : Restaurant Zimní stadion Benešov - mszbenesov

Players at the camp : The camp is open to players with no age limit !

Players will be assigned to their age groups upon arrival and will train together in groups of max 6 players per 1 coach.

We take great care to provide as much individual attention as possible, both on and off the ice

Camp programme:

Players will complete : 10 hours on ice during the camp (including 5 hours of on-ice training in Aj)

10 hours of dry training (including 5 hours of training unit in Aj)

5 hours of SPORTHACKING COACHING (a holistic approach regarding mental preparation, nutrition and recovery)

3 hours of video analysis (individual's skills)

Camp Focus:

Our camp focuses on improving each part of the player's body and mind, both on and off the ice. We emphasize the technical execution of exercises and their

Repetition to progressive improvement throughout all practices. We work to develop the talent and will of all players in all of our camp programs.

We increase player's mental and physical resilience. We want players to acquire proper eating and training habits. And last but not least, we teach kids to be humble

and friendship with each other, both in practice and, of course, in our personal lives.

Camp Coaches:

Daniel Malinovsky - head coach of the hockey club HC SV LANA (IT), specialist in skating technique and individual activities.

Long-time youth coach with 18 years of experience in this field. Skills coach of the Italian U18 and U20 national teams.

License holder for Hockey Canada powerskating and stickhandling by SEAN SKINNER.

Former professional player for HC VERVA Litvínov and Quebeck Remparts (QMHL).

Michal Rambousek - a great young coach who focuses on the skills of the individual. He has worked as a coach and player in Germany.

Marek Sedlmajer - it is a great honour to welcome to our camp a specialist in skating technique, five times national champion in figure skating, several times participant of European and World Championships. Marek will be at our camp to improve his skating and sliding technique. It is a great honour for us that we have agreed on further cooperation with Marek.

Martin Veselý - Czech youth hockey coach working at SK ČERNOŠICE as head youth coach. He is an excellent former professional player who has also played in European competitions, especially in France and the Czech Republic. Coach specializing in skating technique, stick technique, passing and proper shooting. Also an excellent coach for off-ice preparation, which he will lead as head coach together with other coaches. We are very happy to have Martin as a part of DM HOCKEY SKILLS.We are extremely happy that Martin will be one of the coaches at our DM HIGH LEVEL SKILLS CAMP2023.

Richard Stutz - Czech hockey coach with 10 years of experience with children and youth in Germany and still a professional player in the German club HC Amber D. Before that he worked in HC Slavia Praha ČR, HC Most ČR, HC Braunlage D, HC Hochstadt D. Very good coach for defensemen. Specialist in guard play, passing and shooting. Great guy to have in the booth with the kids and also a great off ice coach to prepare players off the ice. We are very happy to have agreed to work with Risha again.

Ondřej Lukáč - Czech hockey coach with 15 years of experience with children and youth, holder of coaching license B, most often worked as a coach in his hometown Benesov. Very good coach for all players, specializing in game systems and game situations. Great person to have in the booth with the kids and also a great off ice coach to prepare players off the ice. We also work with Ondra on our hockey tournaments in Europe. We are very happy that we have agreed to work with Ondra and will be seeing him at our Benesov 2024 camps.
